Pescador is a place close to my heart. Nestled on a hillside on the California coast, this property affords a 180° view of the Pacific Ocean. Small houses that were once too far from the city to be worth much (but now are out of reach for most people) dot the point below. A salad of agaves, succulents, trees and manzanita dot the hillside. Hummingbirds flit around and feed while the occasional Red Tail Hawk presides.
